Management and Finance Committee

A resource for members of the Management and Finance Committee,
including past and future agendas, supporting papers and
minutes.
The Management and Finance Committee of Council is responsible
for the day-to-day running of STEP and meets regularly. The
Management and Finance Committee consists of the Chairman, Deputy
Chairmen, Honorary Treasurer, the Honorary Secretary and the Chief
Executive.

Terms of Reference
- To maintain the accounting records of Council of the Society
and produce the Annual Report and Accounts.

- To ensure subscriptions and other monies due to the Society are
duly received and to check and pay the liabilities of Council of
the Society when they become properly due for payment.
- To monitor income and expenditure of Council with a view to
ensuring that the Society remains financially solvent.
- To prepare annual budgets for Council and generally to
formulate financial policy and to make recommendations to Council
as necessary.
