Member Services Committee

This committee’s objectives are:

To carry out a thorough review of the variety, appropriateness and value for money of services or benefits provided by STEP to its members both worldwide from Head Office or through local branches or regions.
To canvass and review the opinions of members as to the services already provided and as to others that might be considered.
To compare and contrast the benefits or services offered by STEP with other similar professional organisations to their members.
To actively seek out and promote opportunities to enhance existing services and to suggest how to extend the range of new member services.
To actively encourage local branches to offer new local services or benefits consistent with STEP membership.
To monitor and suggest to STEP Regions ways in which enhanced benefits might be provided to members.
To report to Council and to recommend what steps might be taken to enhance and extend benefits that might be useful for members.
