Welcome to the STEP New South Wales Branch

We have an expanding membership from legal, accounting, financial services and judicial backgrounds. We welcome all professional advisers, educators and students with a trusts and estates focus in their practice, whether for private or corporate clients. We are committed to building strong links between STEP, our judiciary and our law schools.
 
The branch meets every month: evening meetings are held one month, and in the next month, a lunch meeting is held.

At the evening meetings presentations are made by members or external speakers, and the topics chosen reflect the broad interests of our members.

Discussions range from Wills and Succession matters, estate administration, discretionary and unit trusts, asset protection, taxation of trusts, superannuation, and financial planning. This emphasis reflects the extensive use of private trusts in Australian business environment.
