The qualification
This qualification is aimed at practitioners based in civil law jurisdictions, who are working within the trusts and estates field, or for those wishing to move to a position within the field. Who is Eligible?
The Certificate is an open entry programme. No prior knowledge or experience within trusts is required.

How to Apply
Applicants must complete the Enrolment Form and return it to our partners CLT.

Joining STEP
When you enrol on the STEP Foundation Certificate on Trusts for Civil Law Practitioners you will be eligible for student membership of STEP. Once your membership application has been accepted you will be granted student membership.
