STEP

Use a STEP practitioner to support you through any trusts, estates or related issue. STEP members (TEPs) provide expert advice on how to comply with the often complex law and tax rules surrounding trusts, estates and inheritance.

You can identify if your adviser is a full STEP member by the use of the designation TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) after their name. TEPs are the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates – why you should use a TEP.
