Join STEP in Ireland

STEP Ireland is the Irish Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is a Company limited by guarantee registered in the UK. STEP Ireland was formed in October 1998.

To become a STEP member within Ireland you can apply for STEP membership through one of our available student routes or via the Advocacy Route:

STEP Diploma for Ireland	Qualified Practitioner Route	Advocacy Route
This course is designed to enable successful candidates to advise clients on all aspects of the creation of wills, the operation of trusts, tax implications that may arise and overall estate  planning for clients.	A route to Full STEP membership for trust and estate practitioners who have established themselves in the field.	For anyone with rights of audience in relation to proceedings in the High Court in England & Wales or equivalent.
STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes	STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Enterprise Advising
Understand how to anticipate, and thereby avoid, the common pitfalls which can lead to trust litigation.	Understand the complexities of the family enterprise context.
