International STEP Membership

To become a STEP member within this jurisdiction you can apply for STEP membership through one of our student routes or via the Advocacy Route.

STEP Certificate in International Trust Management	STEP Diploma in International Trust Management	Qualified Practitioner Route

Suitable for those with no experience or qualifications.	A recognised professional qualification suitable for those with minimum experience and/or no qualifications.	A route to Full STEP membership for trust and estate practitioners who have established themselves in the field.
Advocacy Route	STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes	STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising

For any practicing barrister or anyone with rights of audience in relation to proceedings in the High Court or equivalent in their legal jurisdictions.	Understand how to anticipate, and thereby avoid, the common pitfalls which can lead to trust litigation.	Understand the complexities of the family enterprise context.
STEP Certificate for Financial Services - Singapore (Trusts & Estate Planning)	STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients	STEP Advanced Certificate in International Succession and Probate

Enabling those in the financial services industry to work more effectively with private client professionals.	Enabling private client advisors to demonstrate expertise in UK tax planning for international clients.	Enhancing your knowledge of succession and probate in an international context.
