Nominations Open for STEP Private Client Awards 2010

Nominations for the STEP Private Client Awards 2010/11 opened yesterday.

Now in their fifth year, the STEP Private Client Awards highlight excellence among private client lawyers, accountants, bankers, financial advisers and trust managers worldwide. These awards offer an unrivalled opportunity for professionals to demonstrate excellence in their field.

The 2010/11 STEP Private Client awards will see the addition of the Long-term Savings and Pensions Team of the Year Award and the return of the Advocate of the Year Category.

The STEP Private Client Awards judges, headed by Chair Shân Warnock-Smith QC, are leading lights in the private client world. They will assess entries and shortlist at least four nominees. They are supported by a Panel of Experts, selected by the judges, and representing internationally renowned advisers.

Ms Warnock-Smith said: “STEP is widely regarded as the world’s leading representative body for private client practitioners. STEP Private Client Award winners will be recognised as having set the highest of standards among their peers.”

The shortlist will be announced in July and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held on 19 October 2010 at the London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel.
