Topics for the Autumn 2012 Submission are listed below. Please choose your jurisdiction.

N.B: New topics are issued each year and of the four topic areas a maximum of one question from each topic area can be chosen. Topics chosen must be submitted to STEP using the Qualified Practitioner topic registration form.

The Cross-Border Estates Special Interest Group (CBEG) has set an essay topic for submission that students from all jurisdictions can register for. The author of the best essay, as judged by CBEG, will be featured in the STEP Journal showcasing their achievement and promoting them to the STEP world. The winner will also be invited to attend our annual Excellence Awards in London.
