1992. Following changes of trust and tax law since then, and
as a result of experience in using this first draft, it was felt
that a second edition would be beneficial.

Frequently Asked Questions - SSP Second Edition
STEP has received much correspondence requesting answers to
technical questions about the second edition of the Standard
Provisions. Accordingly we have developed a Frequently Asked
Questions document, with the help of Toby Harris TEP and James
Kessler QC TEP, which addresses these FAQ's. This document will
evolve as new frequent questions arise so if members have questions
