STEP leaflets provide information for members of the public about wills and trusts, as well as about the role of the Society itself.

STEP members can use these leaflets to aid client understanding of the work that they do.

Trusts Explained has been written by STEP to improve public understanding of how trusts work		'STEP Explained' gives an overview of the Society, its membership and activities.		Outlining problems in the will-writing market and what STEP is doing to give consumers confidence.

A brief outline to guide you through the process of what to do when someone dies; the steps that must be taken; the information that must be gathered and the legal terms that may be encountered.		This leaflet provides a brief explanation of the two different types of LPA and the main points to consider when creating an LPA.		‘Why Make a Trust?’ provides a brief explanation of the benefit of making a trust, along with some frequently asked questions regarding trusts, for the general public.
