Trusts Discussion Forum
The Trusts Discussion Forum is a moderated mailing list
dedicated to discussion by practitioners of topics relating to the
drafting and administration of trusts, wills and other private
client issues including taxation.
The forum was founded by James Kessler QC, TEP in 1998 and is
now moderated by Richard Vallat, TEP and Sarah Dunn, TEP of Pump
Court Tax Chambers.
It is primarily concerned with issues which arise for advisors
in the UK although non-UK practitioners may find some discussions
useful.
The forum is administered by STEP but is open to members and
non-members alike.
