The STEP Standard Provisions were originally published in 1992 and following changes of trust and tax law since then and as a result of experience in using this first draft, it was felt that a second edition would be beneficial. A draft has now been prepared by a committee, chaired by James Kessler QC, and comments are now sought at this consultative stage. To this end, please find attached the draft Standard Provisions along with the consultation paper.
