We are recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Director, Fiduciary Management to join our successful Private Client Trust business. Our teams across the Channel Islands bring together complimentary expertise and provide top class integrated wealth management solutions to our high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
Primary responsibilities include:
 
Client Commitment
  • Fiduciary responsibility for the management of a portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and nomineeships in their portfolio
  • For structures where the Director, Fiduciary Management has the primary fiduciary responsibility, engage with a programme of regular client and advisor visits where necessary
  • Ensure client  strategic objectives are reviewed and refreshed and that the management of fiduciary structures meets the client strategic needs.
  • Support the Director, Relationship Management with fee reviews and negotiations as appropriate in light of current services delivery and requirements to ensure recovery of work in progress (WIP) and fee collection targets as set out in the Business Plan
 
Business Performance
  • Support with the delivery of work in progress (WIP) recovery and fee targets
  • Refer to the Director, Relationship Management any new business opportunities from new prospects or existing clients or Centres of Influence and support as required
  • Provision to Director, Relationship Management of any related client information/correspondence and participation with Director, Relationship Management on any client reviews
 
Operational
  • Ensure the team implements and adheres to corporate policies in accordance with standards and procedures
  • Ensure own and staff compliance with the Global Trust Operating Model (GTOM) and supporting policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent compliance with GTOM Console metrics including Strategic Reviews and Investment Monitoring Action Points/Low Rated Performing Portfolios
  • Ensure all audit points relevant to clients under the fiduciary responsibility of the Director, Fiduciary Management are addressed
  • Ensure Fiduciary Services projects in which the Director, Fiduciary Management  is participating are achieved within an agreed time frame
  • Completion of any RBC mandatory training or other operational requirements within set deadlines
  • Participation in committees as required and subject to availability
