1. I can’t remember my membership number?

Contact the STEP Worldwide office.

2. Where do I go for joining information on the website?
 

Please visit the Joining Page of the website and choose your jurisdiction for information on joining in your area.

3. How do I update my details?
 

Visit the STEP website and click on the Login button, typing in your username (membership number) and password, update your details in your profile. For a ‘how to’ guide email a request to step@step.org

5. What is the annual membership subscription fee?

 

All students will need to pay their course fees to CLT (or their course provider) and their annual membership subscription fee  (if applicable) to STEP.

6. What payment options are available?
 

Subscriptions can be paid either by cheque or Credit/Debit Card. STEP does not ordinarily accept bank transfers.

7. What happens if I don’t pay?
 

Annual subscription fees should be paid before 1st April each year. If payment is not received by this date, your membership may be suspended until you pay all outstanding fees. Students will not be awarded their certificates until all payments are made.

8. How much do the Diploma and QP routes cost?

9. How do I order a STEP book/publication?
 

Go to the publication that you would like to buy and follow the instruction on that webpage.

10. What STEP leaflets are available?
 

Please visit our publications page or email orders@step.org. *Please note that all orders must be paid for in full before delivery

11. Can I buy the STEP Journal if I am not a STEP member?
 

Yes, STEP offers a subscription to the STEP Journal for non-members. £345.00 per annum includes 10 issues of the STEP Journal and 4 issues of the Trust Quarterly Review (TQR).

12. How can I book a STEP conference?
 

Go to STEP Events to search. Registration and payment can be made online for key events.
