Work for STEP

Why work for STEP?

STEP is a brilliant organisation and we have developed as a friendly and flexible place to work. It is an exciting place to work because of what we do and how we do it. We are constantly evolving to represent the diverse needs of our membership and the families they serve, and to ensure our ongoing relevance and impact.

Being a relatively small team of around 50 employees enables us to be open, honest and personal in our dealings with each other and with our members. Everyone who works for us plays a significant role – without them we wouldn’t exist – and everyone is seen, heard and valued.
