An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Manager to join the Fiduciary Services Team in our BVI Office.

Summary of the position
The Trust Manager will provide support and management to two administrators and an accountant in the Fiduciary Department, as well as manage their own case load.
This position takes responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely provision of services to fiduciary clients of Nerine. These services include, but are not limited to, the provision of trustees, corporate or personal directors and authorised representative for funds.
The position requires high attention to detail and a pro-active and confidential approach to client matters.  Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good numeracy and computer skills and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Outline of main duties and responsibilities
    •    Management of the administrators and financial accountant in the Fiduciary Services Team. This includes day-to-day supervision of team members, acting as liaison between the directors and team members, implementing policies and procedures for the team and carrying out team member evaluations.
    •    Liaising with the Compliance Team, to ensure compliance with Nerine’s internal controls, including anti-money laundering and terrorist financing procedures as outlined in the AML Manual. This includes disclosure to the MLRO of any suspicions.
    •    Liaising with the Finance Team and ensuring that invoices are raised in a timely manner and that debtors are reviewed and chased regularly.
    •    Process requests from clients including, but not limited to:
1.    Considering and recording any Trust transactions;
2.    Reviewing Deeds and Trust documentation;
3.    Setting up of new Trusts and updating Acumen;
4.    Arranging the incorporation of new Companies and updating Acumen;
5.    Reviewing and/or approving agreements entered into by client entities; and
6.    Preparing necessary payment instructions.
    •    Responsibility for a high standard of client service, by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documents before they are executed and sent out and for arranging a reply or holding response to client emails, faxes and enquiries within 24 hours.
    •    Arranging for all cases within the Team to be reviewed, in accordance with Nerine’s internal controls, including assisting the Compliance Team with risk assessments.
    •    To act as an “A” Signatory of the Company.
    •    To do all other things as requested from time to time to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Fiduciary Services Team.

Reporting structure
The Trust Manager will report to the Directors in the BVI, with whom they will work closely.
