Our highly regarded Trusts, Tax and Estates department in Oxford are looking for a 7+ PQE Solicitor to join their busy team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Ideally candidates will be a Member of STEP.

Candidates will have experience in running their own independent caseload of files covering estate administration (including taxable estates), Wills and estate planning and trust advice (setting up and advising re trusts) with experience in dealing with more complex cases involving HNW individuals.

The successful candidate will also be familiar with the taxation of trusts, including former A&M, 18-25, interest in possession and discretionary trusts as well as the interaction with s31 Trustees Act 1925 and the interaction with other reliefs such as the RNRB and BPR.

Candidates will have experience supervising junior members of the team and assisting them in their career development.
