We are looking for a dedicated personality and experienced professional within Client Services Geneva as a Trust Administrator.

This role covers the administrative monitoring of international mandates (trusts and companies) and connected banking affairs.

    •    Daily assistance with the administration of trusts, companies and complex fiduciary structures as per instructions from the Trust Manager and Senior Trust Officer;
    •    Written correspondence with clients and advisors under the supervision of the Trust Manager and Senior Trust Officer assigned to the mandate;
    •    Administrative assistance including document and spreadsheet maintenance, database review and updates; 

    •    Preparation of resolutions, dealing with distributions, investment subscriptions, bank account opening forms; 

    •    Preparation of internal and external banking payments as well as other banking transactions such as depositrenewals and loanfacilities;
    •    Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting in various jurisdictions, adherence to client specific fiscal guidelines 

    •    Commercial training / experience, ideally in the banking, fiduciary or legal area
    •    Minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration of trust and corporate structures
    •    STEP qualification would be ideal
    •    Fluency in English is essential, a good understanding of Italian would be an advantage
    •    Proficient use of MS Office and other IT systems
    •    Strong organizational and administrative skills, detail-orientation and high quality standards
    •    Good problem-solving ability and independent work style
    •    Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
    •    Strong interpersonal skills , team and service-orientation
    •    Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, high reliability and professional work attitude
