Governance Committee

The Governance Committee takes delegated responsibility on behalf of the Board to ensure there is an effective corporate governance framework in place across STEP. As part of this role the Governance Committee acts as the high level filter for development and review of constitutional documents from across the STEP world and for all governance-related policies and procedures.
