Contentious Trusts and Estates Benefits

The Contentious Trusts and Estates SIG (Special Interest Group) provides a forum for sharing international trust and estate jurisprudence and marshalling expertise and best practice in dealing with, and avoiding, trust and estate disputes. The group aims to nurture expertise, promote best practice, including the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and help non-contentious practitioners avoid pitfalls encountered in trust and estate litigation.
