Celebrating 100 Employer Partners worldwide

The Employer Partnership Programme (EPP) has recently reached the important milestone of working with 100 Employer Partners in 506 offices over more than 40 jurisdictions. We have come a long way since its inception in 2014, and are grateful to our Partners for their consistent support and contribution.

If you are committed to developing the skills and talents of your trusts and estates staff, have a look at what some of our current partners have to say about the programme and how it benefits their business.

EPP certificates

Cara Malorey-Vibert, Affinity Private Wealth, STEP Gold Employer Partner:

“Our staff have benefited hugely from this process. They have clear development paths and access to the training and mentoring they need to progress and fulfill their potential. Thanks to the approach adopted, our people are more engaged with our business, which naturally improves the service we deliver to our clients.”

Ian Raspin TEP, BNR Partners, STEP Employer Partner:

“We are in a tough employment market, so the opportunity to share and learn from other employers is invaluable, particularly as STEP is multidisciplinary so the programme offers an insight into other different, yet related professions that make up the STEP membership.”

Daniel Shutt, Irwin Mitchell LLP, STEP Platinum Employer Partner:

“The EPP’s assessment of our Learning and Development function helps us better understand our training needs as a firm, how we compare to our competitors and where we can improve to help our colleagues achieve their full potential regardless of level. The EPP has helped us develop a team of specialist lawyers who are able to share their technical expertise, become thought-leaders and know that their skills are recognised and rewarded.”

Edith Brunner, Lombard International, STEP Gold Employer Partner:

“Considering the current talent shortage in Luxembourg and beyond, the effort spent and required to attract the best experts is constantly growing. In this competitive environment, being well-known is no longer sufficient and one needs to clearly and tangibly demonstrate what the benefits offered to their employees are in terms of career development and more.”

Jaclyn E P Russell, Stronachs LLP, STEP Platinum Employer Partner

“The programme has provided us with additional learning and development opportunities for the whole team, facilitating more sharing of information and recognising and further encouraging the support our senior team members provide to more junior colleagues. We believe it has also led to more business opportunities and referrals from intermediaries who recognise the accreditation.”
