John Bunker is a Consultant Solicitor and Chartered Tax Advisor, in the Tax Trusts and Estates department at Irwin Mitchell as well as being Head of Knowledge Management which involves looking after the technical and training side of the practice in wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, Inheritance Tax and tax planning, tax and trust compliance, elderly clients and international tax. John has knowledge of the latest developments in capital taxes as a result of his membership of HMRC's Capital Taxes Liaison Group. He is Editor of the Law Society's IHT Planning Handbook and is an experienced conference speaker.

In this seminar, John will give an update on developments in capital taxes including case law.
