Public speaking can be daunting. That's why we work hard to make sure our workshop is a safe, friendly and fun environment where you can practise your skills and develop your confidence at the same time. Minoti will be discussing confidence and how, we need to work on our virtual speaking and presenting skills in the new normal world. She will be offering tips and insight into how to pitch online, how to live your brand and your organisation's brand in various environments and how to deliver your message in an engaging way.

- Identify common issues with online public speaking and how to overcome them
- Understand the importance of self confidence
- Practise mindful self-compassion techniques to help alleviate nerves
- Techniques to build an impactful online presentation and engaging talk
Speaker Biography
Minoti Parikh came from a background as a Master of Ceremonies with 1500 global events under her belt. She’s compered high-profile events for organisations including the Barbados Tourist Board, Hyundai and HP. Since moving to the UK she has started her own business TPL Experiences and has also been sharing her expertise and experience by offering group and individual training sessions on areas such as Presentation Skills, increasing team engagement and improving workplace wellbeing and performance. She’s run coaching programmes for organisations as diverse as Google, Audi, Pepsi and the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (overall over 150 multinationals, SME’s and Public sector companies). Since the Pandemic she has moved her training programmes to Online programmes with the focus on improving team engagement, soft skills, leadership skills and wellbeing of teams.
