Join us on 4 November 2021 at 15:00-16:00 GMT for a discussion on creating corporate athletes. The webinar will run for 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes for Q&A.

Increasing capacity at all levels allows athletes to bring their talents and skills to full ignition and to sustain high performance over time. Join us for a webinar hosted by STEP Employer Insights in association with BLG to learn how to translate the same approach to business, build capacity for endurance, strength, flexibility, self-control, and focus as a professional.

During this webinar, we will discuss the following topics:

  • the four principles of full engagement;
  • self-confidence: how to find it;
  • motivation: the equation;
  • focus like an Olympian;
  • energy management: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
