The DAC 6 regulation was introduced by the EU Member States to implement a mandatory disclosure regime for certain cross-border transactions that could potentially be used for aggressive tax planning.

In connection with the DAC 6 regulation the following questions may come up and are discussed during the Webinar dated 3 September 2020:
