Please join us for a webinar on dynastic estate planning. The programme will be divided into segments. First, our panellists will consider dynastic estate planning developments in the US, France, Israel and Italy. Second our panellists will present two cross-border cases studies involving a US trust with beneficiaries in other countries. We will consider the international discontinuities and complexities that may arise when

(1) a US settlor creates a US trust for French/Israeli/Italian beneficiaries and

(2) after creating the US trust, the US settlor moves to France/Israel/Italy.
