An interactive workshop with Caroline Bielanska including case studies covering complex issues such as safeguarding and capacity.

We are delighted that the ever-popular Caroline Bielanska has agreed to talk to STEP Sussex again. This time she is providing a more interactive event than a straight lecture. This will include a number of case studies where delegates can discuss how they would deal with particular scenarios. All the case studies are based on real cases, covering a wide range of issues that crop up, such as safeguarding and confidentiality, disputes about where a parent lives, what to do when a client refuses the care package.
