In the ever-changing global economic environment, setting up an offshore family trusts has become an increasingly popular choice to meet the needs of family inheritance. However, different jurisdictions will have different legal, tax and regulatory requirements. We will provide in-depth insights into the following areas:

  3. Analysis of the different trusts laws between Jersey, BVI, Hong Kong and Singapore
  4. Practical case sharing: successful experiences in setting up, managing, and asset allocation of family trusts.

Nancy, the guest speaker of this seminar, has accumulated extensive experience in various overseas matters in both private client and corporate sectors.  Nancy is the only Jersey advocate who can speak Chinese.  She has over 20 years of experience advising on private client matters and is qualified as a lawyer in 4 jurisdictions.  She will provide detailed legal analysis as well as rich industry insights and practical experience to help practitioners better understand the impact of different jurisdictions on the establishment of family trusts and provide the most comprehensive guidance for the protection and inheritance of family wealth.
