FBAR litigation developments. 21 October 2021

The IRS and DOJ have been aggressive in pursuing judicial recourse to enforce and seek collection of FBAR assessments. In July of 2020, we presented a Webinar on this topic. Our upcoming Webinar will address the new and key issues and considerations in the litigation of an FBAR case, of which there have been many. The format for the presentation will be an interactive question and answer format among our panelists. There will be an opportunity for attendees to pose questions to our panelists.
