The seminar will cover:
In recent times, the Family Court (FCWA) and the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) have had to deal with an increasing number of claims involving couples who are still married or in a de facto relationship but no longer live together because of failing health or specific care needs.

Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for the family court claims to be commenced by one party’s children of a prior relationship seeking an 'early inheritance'.

Who wins?

In this presentation I will endeavour to deal with tensions and confusions that arise between orders made by SAT and those in the FCWA.
