Joel specialises in estate litigation and disputes related to inheritance, trusts, and probate, and acts for a range of interested parties.

Joel also provides advice on the transfer of intergenerational wealth. This includes succession planning for high net-worth individuals and family offices, as well as family agreements to manage business interests, family trusts, or potential disputes.

Drawing on over 10 years of experience, Joel has advised on complex wealth management and trust matters, as both a litigation lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright and as an asset management lawyer at Blake Dawson, where he commenced his career.
