David Parsons, Partner Tax, and Robert Rotherham, Director Tax, KPMG Isle of Man.

David is a Partner in our tax practice who specialises in corporate and business tax. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant within KPMG’s audit practice, David moved into the tax practice in 1995. David is involved in advising a wide range of clients on UK and Isle of Man taxation matters. David is a former Chairman of the Isle of Man Branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has sat on the Isle of Man Government's Tax Liaison Committee for a number of years.

Robert’s role primarily encompasses the provision of corporate tax advisory services, both domestic and international, as well as Economic Substance advice. He is also responsible for the tax department’s compliance function both from a corporate and personal perspective. Robert qualified with, and spent the early part of his career at, the UK tax practice of another Big Four firm. He is a committee member of the Isle of Man Society of Chartered Accountants where he plays a Government liaison role.
