Join us on 13 April 2021 at 15:00-16:00 BST for a webinar hosted by STEP Employer Insights in association with Crestbridge, discussing motivating and engaging your younger employees. The webinar will run for 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes for Q&A.

During this hour, we will review the different generations in the workforce, their main characteristics and what can be done to retain and engage your younger employees.

  • Nina Gomes, Head of Learning & Development, Crestbridge

Nina works at Crestbridge as Head of Learning and Development where she draws on over 20 years in the finance industry, in both client facing roles as well as a tutor, delivering pertinent training, guidance and support to the employees of Crestbridge to help them achieve their career aspirations. Previously, she gained over 15 years experience in client facing roles where she delivered administrative services to UHNW clients. Nina also gained three years’ experience working at BPP Professional Education during which time she was Head of Fiduciary.

  • Jenni Hutchinson, Head of Employer Partnerships, STEP

Jenni Hutchinson is Head of Employer Partnerships at STEP.  Jenni has worked with STEP for more than 7 years to pilot and launch the Employer Partnership Programme (EPP) which currently has more than 80 Partners across 36 jurisdictions worldwide.

Prior to this, Jenni has worked to create and manage employer relationship programmes with a number of professional bodies, including CIMA, CIPFA and CIM.

The purpose of the EPP is to build strong and lasting relationships with companies within a wide range of professions where STEP members are, or should be, employed.  Jenni is passionate about working with Partners to help them to provide the best possible support and development opportunities for their STEP community.
