Navigating the administration of international estates. 7 November 2023

Estates increasingly have international aspects.  Attendees at this in-person only event will hear practitioners from France, Jersey, Italy, USA, Spain and England impart their specialist knowledge. The focus of the panel discussions will be to help inform the best practical approach to cross-border estates, including those with some contentious elements and cross border capacity considerations, by way of worked examples.
