  • New Outsourcing Regulations for Trustees: Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FINIA)
  • We discuss outsourcing of Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Control tasks / functions
  • We look at how the FINIA overlaps with the Swiss AML Act (AMLA)
  • We discuss practical implications and challenges of intra-group and third party outsourcings
  • We discuss organizational aspects of outsourcing also with regards to company size
