Join us on 15 July 2021 at 15:00-16:00 UK time for a webinar hosted by STEP’s Employer Partnership Team; the latest event in the Employer Insight series which was launched in April 2021. The event is being held in association with Platinum Employer Partner Accuro Fiduciary, and will focus on post-pandemic wellbeing – navigating the new world of flexible working.
We will concentrate on four elements that play a key role in wellbeing at work:
- Relationships (the importance of connection)
- Engagement (the critical role of leaders)
- Career (looking at working from home and how to avoid out of sight out of mind)
- Learning and Development (expanding on learning opportunities).
- Dr Ajit Menon is a business psychologist, consultant and co-founder of organisational consultancy Blacklight Advisory Ltd.
Ajit works with organisations as diverse as banks, media, insurance and private equity firms to criminal justice and government, to solve complex organisational problems surrounding culture and behavioural change. Ajit works with leaders and their teams on numerous strategic and organisational challenges. He is an expert on group and team dynamics and culture. He has published widely in the popular press and has recently co-authored a book, What lies beneath; How organisations really work due for publication in June 2021. Ajit has been visiting faculty at the London School of Economics and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust.
- Megan Toal, Group Head of HR & OD, Board Member and Company Secretary, Accuro Fiduciary
With extensive experience in the trust industry, Megan is a Board Director of the Jersey business and heads the HR team globally focussing on and implementing the human element of the business strategy. In doing so she has a keen interest in workplace wellness and good health. Megan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
- Jenni Hutchinson, Head of Employer Partnerships, STEP
Jenni Hutchinson is Head of Employer Partnerships at STEP. Jenni has worked with STEP for more than 7 years to pilot and launch the Employer Partnership Programme (EPP) which currently has more than 80 Partners across 36 jurisdictions worldwide.
Prior to this, Jenni has worked to create and manage employer relationship programmes with a number of professional bodies, including CIMA, CIPFA and CIM.
The purpose of the EPP is to build strong and lasting relationships with companies within a wide range of professions where STEP members are, or should be, employed. Jenni is passionate about working with Partners to help them to provide the best possible support and development opportunities for their STEP community.
