The webinar will run for 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes for Q&A.
Living in a global pandemic has seen a dramatic shift in the way we live, work and learn. Gone are the days of traditional courses delivered in training rooms, we are now in a world of remote learning, digital learning, 24/7 access and connectivity like never before. What does that mean for us as individuals and businesses? How do we adapt to this new world and what do we need to change? In this session we will cover how we adapted as a business, engaged with our people and developed our thinking for the future. We have learnt many lessons along the way and look forward to spending time to share our thoughts on how we support and develop our people.
