Meeting the Challenges of Cross-Border Giving: What you Need to Know to Help your Clients

Event Focus

By popular demand from its membership, the Philanthropy Advisors Special Interest Group’s Spotlight Session will explore the key issues and possible solutions related to cross-border giving, with particular reference to Canada, the EU, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. Panel speakers will give consideration to matters of due diligence, legal aspects, regulatory issues, privacy, safeguarding funds, taxation and oversight of the donation, equipping delegates with the information they need to know to help their clients.
