The seminar will cover:
Since the introduction of the Transfer Balance Cap in July 2017 the estate planning landscape in the context of SMSFs has changed substantially. It is expected that a substantial level of wealth will be transferred out of superannuation in the short-term, which has substantial tax and control considerations. Further, even where only one member of a couple dies there are considerations, particularly where real property may be involved, and the practicalities of dealing with any benefits.
In this session Jemma will outline the estate planning considerations with respect to superannuation and how to mitigate the issues and risks.
