Richard Oughton was called to the Bar in 1978, having obtained a 1st Class Law degree at St. John’s College, Cambridge and an LLM at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Philadelphia. Richard is the author of Tyler’s Family Provision 2nd and 3rd ed. He is also a member of STEP and ACTAPS.
