• Section 100A trust reimbursements; What the federal court says you (lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor) need to know now

With a Full Federal Court decision in Guardian and more appeals in the pipeline, Peter Bobbin will lead you through a current understanding of where section 100A and related anti-avoidance provisions are at and more importantly are heading. He will conclude with two lists: 'what to do?' and 'what not to do?'
