• Practical challenges for guardianship and advanced care directives - How to help your parents and clients set up a plan and ensure the plan is followed

This talk will look at practical and legal steps to put in place a plan that ensures your client’s wishes are known and then followed; It will also look at a few real-life examples (identities of participants appropriately de-identified) to guide and alert you to pitfalls and risks.
