The Supreme Court handed down judgment in the appeal of Guest and another (Appellants) v Guest (Respondent) in October 2022.

The decision in this landmark appeal, eagerly awaited by academic commentators and legal professionals, clarifies the approach a court ought to take when granting relief under the doctrine of proprietary estoppel.
