Unusual Court of Protection applications - Fiona Heald

Fiona is a partner in the private wealth department at Moore Barlow. With nearly 30 years experience, Fiona has a wealth of knowledge of Court of Protection work and is a frequent speaker at our events.

Fiona will be speaking about the more unusual applications to the Court of Protection including those relating to Family Care Payments. She will also be looking at gifting applications. The lecture will concentrate on practical matters including when and how to make these applications.
