As well as a wealth of experience in public speaking and providing bespoke in-house legal training and development, Caroline's consultancy offers advice and support on Court of Protection applications, LPAs, health and social care support and funding, adult safeguarding concerns, end of life decisions, assessing capacity to make a will or LPA, representing deputies and attorneys at best interests meetings, running case conferences to resolve residency and care disputes, representation at NHS Continuing Healthcare assessments and reviews, challenges to social care support and funding including complaints to social services and the Ombudsman.
