Outline 研讨会大纲:

Trusts are a complex and interesting field, and choosing a qualified trustee is especially important in order to maximize the benefits of a trust. After all, the trustee plays the role of guardian and administrator of the trust. It is only through the careful selection of the right trustee that you can ensure that the assets of the trust are properly protected and managed so that the trust's objectives can be realized. So, how do you screen for a good trustee? What are the duties of a trustee? What are the issues that need to be taken care of before and after the establishment of a trust? These topics may have troubled many trust practitioners.

信托是一个复杂而又有趣的领域，要想让信托发挥最大的效益，选择一个合格的受托人是尤为重要的。毕竟，受托人扮演着信托的守护者和管理者的角色。只有通过精心挑选合适的受托人，才能确保信托的资产得到妥善保护和管理，从而实现信托目标。那么，怎样甄别一个好的受托人？受托人的职责有哪些？信托设立前后，需要注意哪些问题？这些话题也许曾困扰过不少的信托从业人员。
