The purchase of STEP Web Event attendance is for use by the purchaser only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties. Similarly, do not share your registration details for multiple admittance to a STEP Web Event; doing so may hinder your own access, as web event entry is by prior registration only. It is regretted that refunds of purchased STEP Web Events are not permissible, nor transferable to another participant/registrant name. All bookings are considered binding once the online registration form is submitted and booking completed. Web Events with a fee attached to them, clearly denote what is comprised in this fee on the respective event’s detail page at www.step.org/webevents-calendar and www.step.org/web-events-catalogue

It is intended for an archive of STEP Web Events to remain on the website www.stepwebevents.org and be accessible in the long-term, however it may be necessary or deemed appropriate for certain events to be de-listed after a reasonable amount of time, for which STEP reserves the right to do so.

Where Web Events are CPD/CPE accredited, the length and applicable schemes will be denoted on the respective event’s detail page at www.step.org/webevents-calendar and www.step.org/web-events-catalogue
