Accuro is seeking to recruit a Senior Trust Manager who will be based in the Geneva Office.

The role involves to:

  • have independent responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of clients, while maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients and ensuring that all transactions are properly authorised and recorded with due regard to risk, AML and internal policies and procedures.
  • provide management and support to members of the administration team to include the supervision and delegation of day-to-day work as well as determining the training and development needs of all members of the team.
  • assist in increasing the profitability of the company and shareholder value by identifying opportunities to extend Accuro Trust (Switzerland) SA services and to use the intermediary network offering to implement solutions for clients where appropriate.

Key relationships

  • Within organisation: Accuro Trust (Switzerland) SA and its subsidiaries in Jersey and Mauritius
  • Outside organisation: Clients, banks and intermediaries

Core Skills & Knowledge

  • Prepares and conducts regular meetings with clients and their families
  • Minimum of 10  years relevant experience
  • Professionally qualified, university degree and STEP
  • Ability to prioritise workload, lead by example and supervise and develop others
  • Self motivated with excellent communication skills with both staff and external intermediaries
  • strong technical knowledge of all aspects of trust and company administration
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • methodical, thorough and attentive to detail
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in English, on all levels, within and outside the Trust Company
  • MS office skills
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity on both an individual and corporate basis
  • Ability to identify client needs and market trends
