INTRUST AG is privately owned and a member of the Financial Services Standards Association (VQF). VQF is a self-regulatory organization and is under supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.

For our team in Zurich we are looking for an experienced Trust Administrator who will actively support us in the day to day management of our demanding tasks as Trustees and on the corporate side as Directors and Administrators of companies.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for current structures, setting up and liquidate structures
  • Opening and closing of bank accounts
  • Prepare payments and other banking tasks such as CRS/FATCA updates
  • Draft simple Resolutions/Minutes for Trusts and Companies
  • Administrative work in relation with banking portfolios of client structures
  • Liaise with bankers, lawyers, accountants and clients by phone and by correspondence/e-mail
  • Assist in dealing with FATCA/CRS issues
  • Supporting and contributing to projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

  • A commercial education in a law firm, bank, insurance or similar business environment required
  • 2 – 5 years of experience as a Trust Administrator in a similar business environment
  • STEP Foundation Course would be an advantage, full STEP qualification not required but a willingness to completing the STEP qualification would be welcome
  • Basic accounting knowledge required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages would be a great asset)
  • At ease with all Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to be flexible in managing various tasks with a strong eye for detail
  • Good team player with the ability to think and work independently and able to work as part of a small team
